Our core service is bookkeeping. This includes categorizing, recording, and reconciling your financial transactions in QuickBooks Online, ensuring you have accurate financial reports and are prepared come tax season. In addition, we offer a variety of add on services if you have more in depth needs.
Our pricing model is simple. Pay a flat monthly fee based on the services you need and let us handle the rest!
Services We Offer
Monthly Bookkeeping
Our core service includes categorizing, recording, and reconciling your financial transactions in QuickBooks Online, ensuring you have accurate financial reports and are prepared come tax season.
Financial Reporting
We will provide you with monthly financial reports (by the 10th of each month) so that you have accurate and up-to-date financial records, allowing you to make informed business decisions. Includes P&L, Balance Sheet, as well as other reports that are vital to the success of your business (AR & AP reports, sales reports, and more)
1099 Filing
If you pay any contractor $600 or more during the year, you are required by law to file1099's. This includes submitting copies to the IRS and to your contractors. We can track which contractors you are paying and make sure that all 1099's are filed to the IRS and issued to your contractors by the January deadline.
KPI & Project Tracking
If you need to track the revenue and expenses of specific projects or jobs, we can help organize your data to have visibility into the financials of each individual project. We can also help you identify & track Key Performance Indicators (KPI'S) so you can have insights into the most important factors that make your business run smoothly.
AP & AR Management
Keeping up with outstanding invoices and bills is a job in itself. We can help manage this process to ensure that you are getting paid by clients on time and that your payments to contractors are made in a timely manner.
QBO Cleanup
Are your books a mess? We are experienced at identifying errors and mistakes and can help get your books back in order!
